Refund policy

VAIYA offers our customers the chance to return your purchase for a refund within 7 days, or a store credit within 30 days.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As we are a small business, we cannot afford to cover the cost of return shipping, therefore we do not provide return labels. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Refunds will not be processed without proof of a return shipment (tracking number) within 7 days of purchase. Returns for store credit also require a tracking number, and must be sent within 30 days of purchase.

We issue store credit in the form of a Gift Card, which will be emailed to you once the item has been received and is in re-sellable condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are FINAL SALE.

All jewelry is FINAL SALE

Undergarments like socks and underwear are also FINAL SALE

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
